This is what to expect for a simple site that has very limited user interaction.  It will simply present your company and offered services in a professional way. 


Most often this type of site can be easily done in GoDaddy, Squarespace or WIX. 


Estimated timeframe 3-6 days. 




Please Note: Time to complete is directly related to the clients level of engagement.

Most sites fall within this range, they require more time , engagement, user interaction & specialized content creation with the possibility of some light e-Commerce and payment capabilities.

One thing is certain, once this process starts you are going to get inspired.  The work we do in the early phases is designed to do just that; you are going to think of things once we get going that can change the scope of the project.  Consequently, we do not have a set fee as there are too many variables, both seen & unseen.  For this reason, we choose to work on an hourly rate and bill weekly.   Invoices received on Monday will reflect work done the previous week.


Tasks are valued based on amount of skill & expertise being used within each phase of the process.

Quotes will be provided for approval prior to any work being done.


The turnaround time for iDesign's design services varies depending on the project scope, complexity and your engagement in the early phases.   We work closely with you to establish realistic deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all work.  After all, this is your project, so we can take it as fast or slow as you need it to be, you will ultimately set the pace.


There are many things that require on-going involvement. Making sure everything is running as it should be and not letting a site get stale are two examples that can reflect poorly on the company as a whole.  The finished site will determine the type of services needed here and will be negotiated on a monthly basis based on an hourly rate of $100 an hr.,  paid at the 1st of every month as a retainer.  Any overtime is billed in the usual way on a weekly basis.


While we are a small studio, we have an extensive network of creative professionals & web development talent.  All outside services are quoted separately and only hired upon your approval. These include:


  • Custom Coding | Web Development
  • Custom Copywriting (human not A.I.)
  • Custom Photography & Videography (including Drone)
  • Custom Graphic Design, including Motion Graphics
  • Custom 3D Interactivity
  • Custom Illustration
  • Custom Animation


We do a lot of creative work in-house, but sometimes a project is needing something outside of our abilities and we recommend hiring it out for the fastest, best results.  In this case, we act as Project Managers in negotiating, scheduling and coordinating work to be done.  We charge $50 an hour to act in this capacity. 


Firstly, if you have decided you want to hire us to do your site, THANK YOU! Secondly, we will require that you review and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement which is designed to protect both sides.  This will be sent to you upon your "Start The Process" form submission below.   Once the ICA is signed, we will schedule our first discovery meeting.   Sample ICA provided for review.
